Prices – Villa Aria

The prices apply to the entire villa – including all amenities, private use, Wi-Fi, parking, bicyles, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.
They depend on the season and start from the following guide rates per night. For stays of 10 nights or longer, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the total price.

How far is the house from the beach, and is it sandy or pebbly?

Villa Aria (Put svetog Vida 34, Privlaka) is located about 250m  from the nearest sandy beach, which can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. The beaches in Privlaka are known for their soft sand and shallow sea, making them perfect for families with children.

In Privlaka itself, you will also find several smaller sandy and pebbly coves, while just 5 km away lies the famous Queen’s Beach in Nin (Kraljičina plaža) – one of the most beautiful and longest sandy beaches in Croatia.

Can restaurants, shops, and bakeries be reached on foot?

The nearest supermarket (Plodine) is only about 1km from the house, making it easily accessible on foot. There is also a Tommy supermarket nearby, while bakeries and smaller shops can be reached within just a few minutes by bike. Restaurants in Privlaka are also within walking distance, but bicycles are the fastest and most convenient way to explore the whole village and coastline.

Is there parking at the house, and is it free of charge?

Yes, there is a private parking area right next to the house with enough space for up to 4 cars. Parking is free of charge and included in the stay.

Does the house have air conditioning?

Yes, each bedroom in Villa Aria is equipped with its own air conditioner, and there is an additional unit on the ground floor.

Is there Wi-Fi and how fast is the internet?

Yes, Villa Aria provides guests with Wi-Fi internet. According to the provider’s specifications, speeds can reach up to 200 Mbit/s, and the connection quality is very good throughout the house.

Are towels and bed linen provided, or should I bring my own?

Yes, Villa Aria provides guests with towels and bed linen. Everything is included and available in sufficient quantity for the duration of your stay.

Are pets allowed, and is there an extra charge?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Villa Aria.

Does the house have a washing machine and/or a dishwasher?

Yes, Villa Aria is equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine, making your stay even more practical and comfortable.

What does the check-in and check-out process look like?

Check-in at Villa Aria is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out should be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Is there medical assistance or a pharmacy nearby?

Yes, there is a pharmacy in Privlaka, and an additional one in Nin, which is usually open all day during the tourist season. In Nin, you will also find an emergency medical service, located just a few minutes’ drive from Villa Aria.

How far is the nearest airport, and is there a transfer/shuttle service?

The nearest airport is Zadar – Zemunik, located about 32 km from Villa Aria. It can be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes, and if needed, a shuttle transfer can be arranged in advance.

What are the payment options (deposit, balance, card, cash)?

When making a reservation, a 20% deposit is required. The remaining amount is paid after check-in, either by bank transfer or in cash. Credit card payments are currently not possible.

What are the cancellation terms?

If the reservation is cancelled less than 20 days before arrival, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Are there restaurants or cafés within walking distance?

There is no wide selection of restaurants or cafés in the immediate vicinity, so we recommend guests use the bicycles included in the stay to explore the area more easily. The nearest option is Caffe Bar Moreta, which also serves food and is located about 2 km from Villa Aria. This small distance also guarantees you peace and quiet during your stay.

What activities and excursions are available (national parks, boat, sports)?

Villa Aria is an excellent starting point for a variety of activities and excursions:

  • Beaches & Water Sports – swimming, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, or stand-up paddling (SUP).

  • Cycling & Walking – Privlaka and its surroundings offer beautiful cycling and walking trails. Bicycles are included in the stay.

  • Boat Trips – possibility to rent a boat or join organized excursions to nearby islands and hidden coves.

  • National Parks – close by are Paklenica, Kornati, Krka, and Plitvice Lakes National Parks, all ideal for day trips.

  • Culture & History – visit the old town of Nin (5 km) or Zadar (20 km) with its rich historical and cultural heritage.

Which languages does the host speak?

The host speaks English and Italian, making communication with guests easy and pleasant.

Can additional cleaning during the stay be arranged in advance?

Of course. If you wish, additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged in advance. A tailored offer will be provided, and the service is charged separately.

Is baby equipment available (cot, high chair)?

Yes, baby equipment such as a cot and a high chair is available. Please just let us know before your arrival so we can prepare everything in time.
